Fencing @ Brighton


Fencing Sessions began at Brighton Grammar GBR Hall in 2013 and continue again in 2014.

If you’d like to be involved or would like to encourage new fencers to attend the sessions at a new location in Melbourne on a Wednesday afternoon from 5:30pm please contact Chris 0409 013 171 or chris@swordfightersaustralia.com

This is a new “club” and is catering to fencers in the “Brighton bayside area”

Fencing is also avaialble with Electric pistes, for senior fencers wishing to add another night to training from 6:30pm

Location Brighton Grammar – Junior School – GBR Hall, parking in Grosvenor St off New St Brighton.

Saturday Junior Classes


Fencing commences this Saturday 25th January for Juniors at the State Fencing Centre @ North Melbourne 12 noon.

The regular group of Electric Foil and lessons (continuing from 2013) for any interested students.

Sword Fighters Australia was proud to be involved in the Syndal District School Sports Association – Wesley College.

Over 400 Grade 6 students from Local Schools Participated in a day long Sporting Activity Session.

Fun 4 Kids Festival 2013


Once again Sword Fighters Australia was proud to be associated with the Annual Warrnambool Childrens Festival.

The Festival is a huge undertaking for the Warrnambool City Council and all the staff involved plus all the performers and the fantastically involved volunteers.

Activity areas for 2013 included; Fencing, Farm Yard Animals, Face Painting, Wooden Tool making, toy making, Beach Area for Sand Castles, Laser Tag, Lego, Ten Pin Bowling, Animation & Video Area,  Workshop Stage for Dance, Circus Skills, Hip Hop, & the Main Stage for all the Performers Singers / Dancers /Performers eg Cosentino and the Wiggles etc.
